3.2 Content and Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided complies with relevant laws and regulations. Meipservice will not engage in any illegal or unethical activities on behalf of the client.
3.3 Cooperation: Clients must cooperate with Meipservice in a timely manner to facilitate the execution of SEO services, including providing feedback and approvals as required.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
4.1 Data Security: Meipservice will take reasonable measures to protect client data and confidential information. However, Meipservice cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.
4.2 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: Any intellectual property created or developed as part of the SEO services, such as reports, content, and optimization strategies, shall remain the property of Meipservice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.2 Client Content: The client retains ownership of their pre-existing website content and any materials provided to Meipservice for SEO purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantees: Meipservice will make every effort to improve the client’s website rankings and visibility, but we do not guarantee specific results. SEO outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as search engine algorithms.
6.2 Indirect Damages: Meipservice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Meipservice reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
